Designed for couples drawn to meaningful moments over grand productions, Del Sol invites a slower and more intentional way of celebrating love of every kind. Meeting to whisper your vows, a homemade bouquet of gathered blooms in hand, followed by a long lunch overlooking the harbour. Or, mulled wine simmering gently on the stove as twilight settles over the water. An intimate, softly lit dinner awaits, with a draping floral background and a private chef. Every celebration settles differently into the space.
With its handcrafted timber interiors, lush garden surrounds and nostalgic charm, the treehouse becomes more than simply a backdrop. It becomes part of the memory itself, a quiet character within the story that you can return to year after year.
Spanning two private levels, Del Sol offers space to prepare, gather and retreat throughout your celebration. The wrap-around balcony, wild gardens and surrounding reserve create beautiful pockets for intimate ceremonies, shared meals and relaxed photography, while the warm interiors offer a romantic refuge as the evening unfolds, the Derwent River your only witness.

Bespoke pricing
No two celebrations at Del Sol Treehouse are ever quite the same.
Our intimate elopement stays begin at $2,000 + GST, including three nights’ accommodation with exclusive access to the entire Del Sol Treehouse for 2–4 overnight guests, and private use of the property for your celebration with up to seven people onsite in total, including the couple.
Your location hire is included, giving you time to settle in, prepare slowly and celebrate surrounded by the people closest to you.
For couples wishing to linger a little longer, we also offer extended elopement and honeymoon stays, with bespoke pricing to suit your plans.
Celebrations involving additional styling, suppliers or other special requirements can also be accommodated by arrangement.
